Services

CommonerApps provides mobile application development services. We retain all intellectual property rights until final payment is received, at which point specified rights transfer to the client as detailed in the service agreement.

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements
• Initial deposit required before work begins (typically 25-50% of project cost)
• Progress payments due at agreed milestones
• Final payment due before source code transfer and project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in project agreements

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and scope changes. We commit to regular updates and transparent communication throughout the development process. Any significant delays will be communicated immediately with revised timelines.

Intellectual Property

• Client retains ownership of their original content, branding, and business logic
• CommonerApps maintains ownership of development tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies
• Final application ownership transfers upon project completion and final payment
• Source code and all related assets become client property after final payment
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Support and Maintenance

All projects include 3 months of free support covering:

• Bug fixes and error corrections
• Minor performance optimizations
• App store submission assistance
• Technical support via email and phone

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
