End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

CommonerApps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications ("Apps") on devices you own or control. This license is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Apps. You are also prohibited from using the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Apps, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by CommonerApps. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you under this agreement.

4. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CommonerApps does not guarantee that the Apps will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

CommonerApps is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Apps, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Subscription Terms (if applicable)

If the App offers auto-renewable subscriptions, the following terms apply:

• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
