Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

The basics

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments already made are generally not refundable for a partly used period. The exceptions for each app are below, and refunds required by law always apply.
Card statements show COMMONERAPPS.COM, or COMMONER* followed by the app name. See Charges on Your Statement.

Hobbyist $15/month or $150/year; Pro $40/month or $400/year.
A first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Refunds: fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, where the service materially fails and is not fixed, for a duplicate or clearly mistaken charge, or if your account is closed without cause.

$49.99/month or $499.99/year.
14-day free trial with full access. The card is charged on day 15 unless you cancel before then.
Cancel any time by emailing support@trackara.app. Deleting your account does not cancel billing.
Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. A renewal charged after you asked to cancel, but before the request was processed, is refunded.

Sold inside the iPhone and Android apps, so Apple or Google bills you, not us.
Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancel, and request refunds, through your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Projects we build for clients are billed under the agreement for each project, together with our Terms of Service.
